Common questions
Do I need to share my Shopee login?
No. You only connect BigSeller — the tool syncs orders through your existing BigSeller ↔ Shopee link. Your Shopee seller credentials are never required.
Is my BigSeller password safe?
Yes. Your credentials are stored securely on our server and used only to communicate directly with BigSeller's own API. We never share or sell your login details to any third party.
Which Shopee regions are supported?
Shopee Malaysia only. Your shop must be on the Malaysian marketplace and orders must come through your BigSeller-connected MY stores.
Do I need Digital Goods enabled on Shopee?
Yes. This service is for sellers who have activated Shopee's Digital Goods feature on their listings. Without it, automated digital delivery won't apply to those products.
What types of digital products can I sell?
Accounts (username + password), serial numbers / license keys, and download URLs. Physical products and listings without Digital Goods activated are not supported.
How fast does order processing happen?
Typically under 2 minutes from payment to delivery — fully automatic, no action needed on your side.
Can I run multiple Shopee shops?
Yes. You can link as many shops as exist on your BigSeller account and assign separate product catalogs per shop. Orders from all your stores are visible in one dashboard.
